Pamela is the owner of an HR Consulting Firm- Sarkany Management Inc. / Co-Owner Triton Transport Specialized Heavy Haul.
Pamela is an accomplished senior level executive with a proven track record as a strategic business partner. She has expertise in organizational excellence and the achievement of business objectives, complemented by exceptional problem solving, decision making and grievance management in both union and non-union environments.
In her previous corporate career, she was an International HR Director for a multinational construction materials company.
Our family business is Triton Transport Ltd. which provides specialized transportation services throughout North America with facilities in Chilliwack, British Columbia and Calgary, Alberta. Triton has just been named one of the 35 largest specialized carriers in North America and is the proud recipient of numerous Trucking HR Canada Best Employer awards.
Now owner of Sarkany Management Inc., a Human Resources Consulting firm Pamela offers a broad range of HR services focused on improving business performance. Her clients range from small open shop construction companies, road transport organizations to multinational construction materials organizations. She is active on the speaking circuit engaging groups on topics from Cannabis at Work, Multi generational Workplaces and Workplace Mental Health. Pamela is also a part of the Speakers Bureau for TEC Canada, a leadership development organization of over 1,400 chief executives, entrepreneurs and business owners.
She is proud to be working with the Independent Contractors and Business Association (BC), the BC Trucking Association, the Canadian Fuels Association, Canadian Home Builders Association, Concrete BC, Concrete Alberta, Roofing Contractors Association, the BC Road Builders, the Canadian Association of Fleet Supervisors, and many corporate clients across Canada.
She holds a Masters Certificate in Strategic Human Resources & Masters Certificate in Organizational Change.
Pamela previously sat on the Board of the BC Trucking Association, the Conference Board of Canada (Diversity & Inclusion) and is an active member of both the Concrete Association of BC, and the Independent Contractors Association of BC.
