Shelley Walker

Chief Executive Officer

Shelley Walker is the CEO of the Women’s Trucking Federation of Canada, a non-profit organization with a mission to bridge barriers, empower women, and provide a positive platform for education, mentorship, networking, and development within the trucking and transportation industry. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Shelley is a reputable and respected leader, spokesperson, and professional driver.

Shelley has spearheaded numerous charitable initiatives, community campaigns, and public outreach programs. Her skills encompass management, keynote speaking, leadership, safety, and training. Passionate about philanthropy, she is dedicated to promoting women within the industry and empowering teams and individuals.

Her achievements include induction into the PMTC Hall of Fame For Professional Drivers in 2020, the 2020 Woman of Inspiration™ Rural Leader Award, and the 2019 Courage Award from the Nova Scotia Trucking Safety Association (NSTSA).
